| Remember that time when a Swiss cross-country rider won both the Olympic Gold Medal and the UCI World Championship Rainbow Stripes? And then he promptly followed it up the next season by winning the Cape Epic, every single UCI World Cup XCO event and the World Championships? Remember that? Yeah, that happened. It actually just happened. And it will most likely never happen again. -Photo by Sven Martin | |

| The range to reach. To realize. A range beyond limitation or complexity. Beyond what’s been done before. A range where fearless dedication meets relentless engineering. Where silent precision meets troublefree reliability. Where simplicity matches strength. | |

| Reigning Enduro World Champion Cécile Ravanel calls the Crankworx Whistler round of the EWS “the best event of the year.” – It’s fitting, therefore, that she won every single stage on her way to the overall win. Her Whistler win wrapped up the 2017 Enduro World Series overall championship, before the series was even over. The series champ says she never changes her bike setup, so, as she has for the 2017 season, her Commencal was set up with a SRAM X01 Eagle™ drivetrain, SRAM Guide Ultimate brakes, a RockShox Lyrik RCT3 fork, RockShox Super Deluxe Coil RT Remoteshock and a RockShox Reverb 1x remote seatpost. | |

| The stars most definitely need to align at this event. More than building and getting to the bottom in one piece, you need to impress the judges and fans. In the 2015 edition, Semenuk won the fan vote, but failed to score highly enough with the judges. Last year, the judging panel—made up entirely of past Rampage competitors—and the People’s Choice vote was the same. Brandon was #1. Will he be able to do it again? It all goes down this the final weeked of October. -Photo by Ale Di Lullo | |
