Campagnolo provides a 3-year warranty on their products with the exception of the power unit (24 months) which guarantees them to be free of manufacturing defects. This does not include improper set-up issues, or products that are damaged due to improper installation. Before a product can be determined viable for warranty consideration, it must be brought in to a retailer for mechanical inspection. Campagnolo’s technical department will not interact with the end-user, only through certified retail locations. All warranty claims must start at the retail level for consideration. Please be sure to provide your retail bill of receipt when addressing any potential warranty issue.
