You can Send us a secure Message regarding: an Existing Order, the Status of an Existing Order, a Pre-Order, a Request for a Return or a Cancellation Request of an Order within 5 minutes of the order being placed.
Please note: Tracking numbers may not have information on the carrier's website until it populates. Packages are normally scanned at carriers facility, later in the evening or early in the morning. Orders that are listed as completed are waiting for the tracking number to populate and cannot be changed or stopped. Order Status is updated Monday - Friday. Order Cancellations (unless it is a Listed Pre-Order) are within 5 minutes of the order being placed (includes Saturday and Sunday orders).
