A step up from the FT1 in functionality but just as easy to use the FT2 simply adds automatic heart-rate zone calculations to its features. This means the watch will automatically determine your heart rate zone limits according to your age-based maximum heart rate (220 minus your age). You may also manually enter a target heart rate zone. The large and easy-to-read display will show your heart rate as you train and also functions as a watch with a backlight. It will display a summary of your latest workout with your average and maximum heart rates and the transmitter works with most gym equipment so you can see your heart rate on the treadmill display for example.
