I ordered a Shimano groupset for my wife's bicycle re-build. She's pretty small, and it's been very difficult to get the right sized parts for her. Texas Cyclesport was extremely helpful, and initiated a call shortly after I placed the online order to make sure I got everything straight. One of the parts needed to be backordered, and they were very open and honest about the potential delays due to issues caused by the pandemic. Earlier this week, they again followed up unsolicited to let me know parts were inbound to them. This was much faster than I was expecting. Today I received shipping notice. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional customer support and follow-through. They've shipped extremely quickly when parts are in-stock. I really applaud them for their openness, integrity, and service.

Given the craziness of the current global supply of bike parts, I was not expecting a same day delivery. However some other on-line places I have ordered from have either lied or have not communicated realistic timelines. Not Texas Cyclosport. Clear and timely communication. Realistic timings and update when things out of their control changed. What more can you ask for. I am a long time customer and will continue to look to Texas Cyclosport as my #1 choice for on-line bike parts. Top notch, nothing else to say.

So I put in an order for a centaur groupset ready to wait aver a month to get it but I was OK with that because I wasn’t in a hurry to build my bike. I put the order in on a Thursday evening. Well, i get a call the next day from Mike stating that they have a pretty big delay until around Christmas and that he was gonna make some phone calls to see what he could do. After about an hour he calls back telling me that it should be shipping out same day but the only thing is the shifters would be open box but upgraded to potenza because they don’t have the centaur. I gladly accepted those terms. I ended up getting them on the Monday after I places my order which was crazy fast. Well when I get the box, the open box shifters didn’t have the cable housings so I called Mike and he stated that they were going to investigate. After a short wait later, he called me back and stated they were going to send me a whole new set of cables and housings. That’s what you call service. They will definitely be getting my business in the future. Not to mention pricing was pretty much on par with many of the overseas grey market websites. If you’re on the fence on ordering from them, don’t hesitate! I’d give them 20 out of 5 stars if I could.
I recently purchased a Chorus mechanical groupset from them. I had tried find the entire groupset for sale elsewhere. Most places were back ordered on one or more components. Texas Cyclesport responded quickly to my order, filled it, and shipped whereas I had it in 3 days and ready to build my new bike. I never had this good of customer service. I was nicely surprised to get a call from customer service to hear that some hard to find Shimano Parts that ordered where shipping in less time than the website gave an expected date. They went beyond to pull together an order and complete it 2 weeks before the date - where as, today I'm on the bike riding. So I had to tell everyone this.
I have purchased a few group sets and components from Texas Cyclesport. They always have good prices and great service. My last order were high demand parts that because of the pandemic supply chains, hard to find. Texas Cyclesport called me to tell me that these parts are in short supply and that I might have to wait a few months for the parts to become available. But they would do their best to find the parts. I told them I don't mind waiting. Most places would've just waited but not Texas Cyclesport, one week later I'm sitting here with my parts. Texas Cyclesport is hands down the best.

Good - Reliable-Internet- Company. These guys have multiple distribution through out the US, I know on the west coast. I got it 2 days from the order being placed Online. It was sent out of Nevada and I was able to Ride my new Bora Ones on Sunday - I ordered the on Friday afternoon, that is great they my even beat Amazon Prime.

Ordered the 7 pieces Di2 R8050 conversion kit. Great service and delivered on time. They even called to check the cable measurements were the correct sizes for my bike.
Super helpful customer service crew on a recent on-line purchase. The Bottom Bracket did not fit correctly - they put me in touch with the actual supplier and I was able to work out the details. As it turns out the frame shell was off on its specs on a frame I bought overseas.
Had a warranty issue, that was within the time frame of the manufacturer, Texas Cyclesport worked with me to insure that the warranty thru SRAM was taken care of and that it met the manufactures guidelines for a warranty of 2 years. I would recommend them since they took care of me.

UPS lost my package Texas Cyclesport stepped into to help an I wanted to say they where great. Although they UPS could not find the package Texas Cyclesport Contacted the center did a trace, once they determined it was lost somewhere in the UPS System - they sent a new package - they even let me know that Shimano has a crankset shortage, but they where able to locate one with another supplier, it was worth the wait.

A guy there was extremely helpful and I wanted to say thanks as well as let everyone know that this Mail Order Company is great. I made a mistake on my order and ordered the wrong levers the R8000, but I needed the R8020 levers which are different and hydraulic type - Crain was able to change these out and only ran the difference on the sale price. They really served my best interest and was happy as a fellow Texan for choosing them - I will be back if I need any other items Online.

I don't remember the person name who helped us out - But I will tell you, He addressed me with a lot of respect and was very polite. I work in the city so I usually have time to hit the big shops in town Austin it is more convenient.
